After a three-year break brought on by the pandemic, the magnificent Panagbenga Festival opened with a bang on February 1, 2023 with a Grand parade that started bright and early at 8 in the morning.
The parade started at the Panagbenga Park and went through the city’s main streets and ended at the Melvin Jones football grounds. Watch the video below to see all the participants!
